Short version: we keep what an order needs, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to remove it.

Data we keep

• Contact: the email address you order with.
• Orders: listing, quantity, price paid, and the delivered files or code links, kept so support can check a claim.
• Payments: the confirmation from the payment provider. We never see card numbers or wallet keys.
• Support: your tickets and our replies.
• Logs: IP address, browser and request times, for security.

Purpose

Delivering what you bought, answering tickets, handling replacements, preventing fraud, and meeting accounting duties.

Providers

Payment, hosting and email delivery providers process data for us. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies

Needed for sign-in, the cart and checkout. There is no checkout without them.

Retention

Order and payment records: as long as accounting law requires. Delivered files and code links: until the order can no longer be claimed. Logs: a short period.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion through the Contact page, writing from your order email. We answer once we have matched the request to your orders.
