Scope
These terms govern the use of BuyTelegramAccounts and every purchase made on it.
The products
Telegram accounts, delivered as TDATA, session and JSON files, or a phone number with a code link, as the listing states, with the number country and age given there. We are an independent seller; we are not Telegram and have no relationship with it.
Payment
Orders are paid in full in advance. A reversed or disputed payment cancels the order.
Delivery
Files and links are delivered to your order page after the payment clears. Download them and store them yourself; code links may only work for a limited time.
Permitted use
Use the accounts lawfully and within Telegram's terms. Spam, scams, impersonation and illegal content are forbidden. Telegram may restrict, re-verify or delete any account, and what you do with an account after delivery is your responsibility.
Liability
No format, number country or age guarantees an account's lifetime. Our liability for an order is limited to a replacement or refund under the Refund Policy, capped at the amount paid.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the effective date above identifies the version in force.
